Krannert Entrepreneurship Club (KEC)
The Krannert Entrepreneurship Club is dedicated to providing students the knowledge and resources associated with launching a new business. We will accomplish
this goal by providing guest speakers (real-life entrepreneurs and venture capitalists), networking opportunities, advice on business plan preparation,
resources to start-up capital and aggregating our activities with other clubs and events.
Krannert E-Business Club (Ebiz)
We are a formally organized group of graduate management students who interested in pursuing long-term careers in E-Commerce or have a desire to learn more
about E-Business. We are dedicating time to ensure that our members get exposure to the best industry practices and companies. By pursuing these goals,
we will expand the experiences of our members and enable them to bring a wealth of tools and resources to our future employers.
Krannert Consulting Club (KCON)
The Krannert Graduate Consulting Club was established to provide students at the Krannert Graduate School of Management with valued, practical experience
in corporate consulting through the provision of valued, practical consulting services for professional organizations in need of assistance. Club meetings
serve as a forum to discuss and analyze corporate consulting issues.
In addition, the Krannert Graduate Consulting Club establishes a link between Krannert students and domestic and international consulting firms in order
to assist those who wish to pursue a career in management consulting.
Krannert Operations Club
The Krannert Graduate School of Management Operations Club helps students gain the industry exposure needed to be effective managers in the workplace. We
do this by providing guest speakers, kaizen events, plant tours, case competitions, workshops, meetings with alumni, and numerous leadership opportunities.
We also serve as the student chapter of the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) for Purdue University.
Society of Business Engineers (SBE)
SBE is a student organization founded in April of 1999 on the belief that providing opportunities for engineering students to develop business skills and
learn about possible career opportunities in the business world would be a rewarding investment for their future. Combining business with an engineering
curriculum gives one the ability to possess a technical background while being able to apply it to the business world.
SBE consists of over 100 engineering students from various schools of engineering. We are comprised of a Board of Directors, Junior Board of Directors,
and General Members. Membership is open to any undergraduate or graduate student who is enrolled in an engineering program.
