Realizing the promises of science and technology by nurturing the spirit of discovery and enterprise in faculty and students. Burton D. Morgan Center for Entrepreneurship is the home of:

Opportunity for Indiana Business Plan Competitions - If you've ever dreamed of owning your own business, this competition is for you! Individuals and teams throughout Indiana will compete for cash prizes and valuable extras which can be used to fund their new venture.

The New Ventures Laboratory (NVL), the lab will allow students to work on a variety of real-life business start-up cases. The NVL will arrange and sponsor visits to campus from practicing entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and other relevant experts.

The Burton D. Morgan Entrepreneurial Competition, in which engineering and management students work together to demonstrate their ideas for new products or services and show how they could be developed into profitable businesses.

The Technology Transfer Initiative, which will research issues industry encounters when trying to license and market new technologies and products. It also will help faculty design courses to teach entrepreneurship.

The Purdue Engineering Projects in Community Service (EPICS) program, in which undergraduates work with community service agencies to find ways to use technology to solve problems and improve services.

The Life Sciences Business Plan Competition, this competition seeks commercial viable business plan entries for innovative products and services in the life sciences industry such as medical equipment and devices, pharmaceuticals and drugs, research services, and software.

The 4th Annual Purdue Entrepreneurial Symposium
